Hello and Welcome

How Create and Express started!

 

At first, Create & Express housed the artistic work of 

True Insight students, many talented people that created,

poems, paintings, jewelry, candles, ceramics and more.

It was open only during class

times, and sporadically during the week and weekend.

Then, in June 2013,

Create & Express hired a full time employee to hold regular 

hours and to assist with the shop and it needs.

Carrie has a passion for crystals and stones and began

traveling to small gem shows selecting her favorites 

hand-picking each pieces to sell in Create and Express.

Carrie now goes to large gem shows during the year to handpick 

new captivating stones, crystals and jewelry to pique your

interest and bring beauty and healing vibes into your life.

Now today 2025 the shop has taken on a life of its own!

In addition to creative True Insight students...(our meditation studio) 

 We now feature many artisans from the local community!

We  showcase over 25 artisans, artists, and crafters.
